Alcoholic beverages are drank during business hours by employees and Director. Married couple works together in the same departments and has established a cliche - if you are not a part of it, then you are pretty much damned. Very difficult concepts to grasp, but they don't pay enough to get the right people in there, so they try to find others to fill roles and are dis-satisfied with them when they are unable to perform as others with the proper knowledge would do.

You’ll receive little to no training. You’re expected to do the job of multiple people. When you ask for help your ignored by management. When assignments/projects are not completed on time your held 100% accountable. Management has their favorites, and it’s obvious where you stand. High stress environment. You’re given unreachable goals so you leave everyday feeling unaccomplished.
