      Pros Zymi is different and ZymR is different. don't be confuse. Didn't find any Pros just cons

      Cons

      Cons Will fire you after one-two month joining the company without giving any notice. They want excellent developer in less pay. Don't go with this company. If you join this company that means your family and job not secured.

      No Pros. All good reviews are fake. Worst management i have ever seen.

      I'll give (- 1 out of 10) to their management peoples. Very rude with employees. Guys please don't join this company. They suddenly changes policies. Like - working on every month last Saturday. Only waisting employees time. Worst company.. Don't join this. And this is not fake review, as I am currently working in this company. I have also started looking job change.

      You get to work with all generation of family owned business

      Cons

      Strict time management. Appraisal done at 5 to 10 percent. Done by senior managment who are not even aware about your work. They have lobby culture. So if you are pally with project manager, you will have good growth. CEO comes once a while has no input in day today operations. Father son duo with a few managers run the show who need to update themselves about hr, operations and other management fundas. Hire and fire is common. They will trouble you once work is over for you to resign and leave.
