Family like atmosphere at work, some cool people to work with, opportunity to work with global customers, opportunity to learn new tools/software, stepping stone to a good career.
Cons
Poor training/onboarding, major language/cultural barriers within the company making the job much harder, harsh work environment with customers, extremely challenging working around others time zones, some very awkward/quirky people to work with.
