      Smooth coordination with production team

      Pros

      The production team is really good at organizing things before handing them over. Briefs are clear and the folders aren't a mess. Saves me so much time when I don't have to hunt for missing audio files before I start editing.

      Cons

      I wish onboarding was a bit more "human" and less read these docs.

      Pros

      Honestly, the projects you get are great for your reel. You get to cut stuff for big brands, so the raw footage is actually good. It takes a few rounds of feedback to finish a video, but you end up with work you actually want to show off.

      Cons

      I have to be really careful about setting my own schedule so i do not end up working too late.

      Really like that people listen to you here. We talk out ideas and your opinion actually matters, even if you are newer. It doesn't feel like a strict hierarchy where only the boss gets to make decisions.
