Great learning environment but overwhelming responsibilities for interns

Pros
- For the most part it was a great enviroment. - As an intern you get real responsabilities which allows you to learn. - Nice office space and HR is very involved.
Cons
- Since it is a relatively smaller team the responsabilities can feel very heavy and overwhelming. - The supervisors would sometimes forget you are still an intern and trying to understand the companies way of doing things, so I would say the adaptation perios is extremely mentally exhausting and overwhelming.
