Pros
The team is amazing. Some of the smartest people I have had the pleasure of working with. The management team clearly know the problem space very well and are experts in their fields. Chance to work on a very interesting problem that will be very important for years to come.
Cons
Sometimes we move so fast that we don't always have a good idea of what we should be building. This leads to the occasional feature that needs to be reworked.
