      Pros

      Really good at acquiring customers who would not be happy with us.

      Cons

      This is the worst company I have ever worked for, and it all starts with the leadership. Completely alienated the entire leadership team and the culture across the team is weird and otherwise non-existent. Product and operations failing, no long-term vision. Weird culture.

      - Good Pay - Hybrid Work Schedule (2 days remote) for employees in the NY Metro Area - Health Benefits

      Cons

      - Lack of vision by leadership - Overworked employees - NO Diversity - Extremely mismanaged - Typical office politics and drama (toxic work place) - You can be "Managed out" by leadership with high egos and on power trips who will basically lay you off just because they do not like you (discrimination) or see you as a threat to there promotion. -It is a start up, so it can go under at anytime due to mismanagement of funds by leadership or lack of new funding.

      Coworkers are kind and fun! Love going into the office and I approve of upper management. Huge growth opportunities here, no glass ceiling
