Real products, real customers. Company has firmly established its position as a leader in advanced batteries for emerging industries.

      Cons

      Relatively small company in a highly competitive space so there is pressure to move quickly and perform at a high level and things can and do change frequently. While it's not a startup anymore, it still aims to grow rapidly like a startup, and that might not be for everyone.
