Pros
It's an agency so you get lots of different projects and challenges. Definitely helpful in gaining breadth in knowledge. Friendly management and easy going for administrative-related issues. Salary is on par with the market, maybe slightly lower.
Cons
Management is a serious issue. Micromanagement is a real pain. Project decisions are sometimes awful. Be ready to be told to prioritise speed or quality over the other only to be told off about making that "decision". Be ready to be constantly told you (as a team) need to do better without any signs of appreciation when things are done right. No clear guidelines on what's right or what's wrong and it's all at the whims of management and how they're feeling that day.
