      There is pros but you will didn't get your last month salary and experience letter

      Cons

      There is no work life, they want 24/7 work if you are on leave you need to attend call at the end they will fired on you no work complete. When you resign they will not give your salary and whatever year you worked you didn't get experience letter. They will give you only hope nothing else
