No management knowledge, no personal skills!
Pros
There is no particular advantage! Except for salary, which seems to be fair (in my case). I could not even say that this job gave me an exceptional professional experience, sadly I did not learn anything during my time working for audibene.
Cons
Let’s start with their “obsession” with achieve figures and always being focused on sales, the constant refuse and questioning about our contribution, their inability to accept new ideas and advices. Unfortunately, all those structural problems drifted in a VERY unconfutable work atmosphere, frustration and lost of motivation. It is sad that they could not appreciate people capacities and potential just because managers consider that all that they have to do is giving orders and employees have to execute them, even if they know that it won’t work…
