Nothing from an employer point of view.
Cons
Gossip, back stabbing, very poor taste comments about colleagues, clients and partners even in open meetings. Culture is based on many meetings, face time in the office, management appreciation of who speaks louder. I have never witnessed such a terrible group of poor, unprofessional managers gathered in one place. There were a few exceptions, and I feel for them, though I am sure they will also find better places soon. Stay away.
