Good place to work but some key challenges

Pros
It is a good place to get a lot of experience. Some great consultants to learn from and very friendly staff. Very good life work balance and decent pay. Small company with a feel of start up.
Cons
However there is a lack of organisazation and of processes. A lot of the times individuals have to come up with their own ways of doing things and collaboration is not easy. Siloed working and difficulties in communicating with management.
