Pros

Their ebikes, half price on BASIC burgers.

Cons

Riders have to clean floors , tables and corridors. Riders have to go offline (unpaid)if there are no orders at the moment, sometimes they will end shift before a hour or two. RACISM is high, they will give orders manually based upon the advantages of customer tips and distances. Get paid for less than 70% on scheduled shifts per month. Very bad job assignment in computer. Anyone can access any riders personal profile. Scamming is high, the shift leaders cheat riders while collecting cash at shift end. They play around with money and riders, they just divert the rider from cash counting in the end. They are scamming lot of money from riders because most of the riders are students and teenagers who need money for survival. As a Deutsch citizen, I have never seen a company like this in our country. It doesn’t meet our work standards. Therefore, I don’t recommend anyone to work with this firm.

Pros

Recruitment is quick and with no burden Opportunity to receive tips from customers

Cons

burgerme' strategies focus on hire among students and people who want to work part time. They offered pay hour rate is exactly minimum wage rate that was set by state each year. There is no incentive or other promotions except that you are eligible to purchase burgers at half price! Regardless of receiving tips or not, you should pay burgerme at least 1 euro As a delivery person, they only provide bikes while at the end you should pay the maintenance fees of bikes There is no personal uniform for every person and you should wear used dirty shirts You should pay for these shirts every month The supervisors at most of branches just bullying and discriminate against you especially if you are new commer or not have same nationality (racism at high level- eg. they coerce you to deliver orders that are in long distance and paid online because they want to receive tips by their cult) No matter that you are working as delivery or kitchen and no matter that how was your efficiency in doing job in right version (like caring customers), they just rely on their metric which is delivery time. At the end of month you can be ensure to get fire and replace with new staff because it saves more money for them while hire new and promoted new commers. In one word, burgerme is one of the worst place I have ever worked. No recommendation even for a part time work.
