Pros

BWPCareers is a perfect company to work for if you enjoy having everything done pretty flawlessly. KS is an absolute delight to work with. No Nonsense. Just perform the simple tasks and get rewarded for your work! Now, just to be clear, you must be able to speak with people in the proper manner. You might want to give it try.

Cons

Nothing, actually. Everything is really straight forward and easy to implement.

Pros

High potential to make great income, good products, good compensation for recruiters, they deliver as promised, Also, I appreciate the responsiveness of the management, all my inquiries have been answered

Cons

Like in any customer service jobs , you will deal with all kinds of people, issues but you need to be highly organized to succeed. Constantly need to follow up with your candidates but in the end , it is still a great opportunity

Pros

I have been working for them for two months, and if you are willing to put in the time, you can help people in need of getting a good-paying job for the summer, while making some really good money yourself. A win-win situation.

Cons

You do have to put in some long hours to make this work, which if you are just looking for a 9-5, M-F, this isn't for you.

I’ve worked extremely hard to build a reliable platform where workers can simply show up, do their job, earn great money, and begin changing their financial future. A positive review like yours is a meaningful acknowledgment of all the hard work I've put into making our company what it is today. I really appreciate your support. I want to clarify a couple of your points. While I appreciate and completely understand your meaning, my job is to provide the opportunity for independent contractors to make great money, but I don't provide the tools needed to do the work. Recruiters really don't need much to be successful here, but you will need your own phone, access to the internet, and if you find it helpful, a CRM (which is a useful tool, but it's not required). A CRM is an optional tool recruiters choose to bring to the job if a CRM fits their organization style. Think of it this way, if you're an independent contractor who builds decks and I hire you to add a deck to a house I'm building, you'd have to bring your own hammer, drill, and other necessary tools. This contract works the same way. That said, the money recruiters make working with us affords them the opportunity to add just about any tool they feel would help them do a better job. And while a CRM is a great tool, again, it's not required to work here with us. Finally, making this kind of money will always require a time commitment that a typical 9 to 5 doesn't require. Just like the income potential here far exceeds the earning potential at just about any 9 to 5 job. And I don't think any of us want anything to do with a 9 to 5 job. Which is one of the many reasons we're all self-employed independent contractors, we all want more for ourselves. Thanks again for your support. I really appreciate it.
