- Dev team technical level is high. You can learn a lot from them - Semi-flexible schedule - The company understands when you need to take time to deal with your life problems
Cons
- Some of the leaders seems to not know what they are doing - There is a lot of legacy code to deal with - There are some controversial decisions around the topic "proper refactoring vs going forward with new features"
