      Young hardworking group of colleagues that are always willing to help and learn.

      Cons

      Can't choose your clients so there is a chance that you may have to travel further depending on where you live.

      Pros

      Management is great. CEO is actually very friendly. Offer competitive pay. Moving to different projects is great. If any issues with projects come up, they do their best to transition you. Usually have your best interest in mind since they're a smaller company. Lots of planned activities outside of clients. It feels pretty diverse.

      Cons

      They can't control your interactions with client management. Some clients are better than others.
