Business outlook
Pros
Plenty of work. Company has a good ethos and mean well for their service users. Found them to be very respectful of days off, no 7am calls because someone has called in sick like other companies, no pressure to do overtime. Just a generally nice company with good management.
Cons
Communication could have been better. Nowhere really to go up the ladder, very few opportunities in that respect.
