Encouragement for career progression Highly approachable senior management Hot desking Flexible working Annual bonus Free fruit and soft drinks Regular staff socials (really good socials, might I add) It is a really great culture, which makes it a pleasure to work here.

- The senior team is really invested in staff progression - they want everyone to succeed. - There aren't any cliques or 'office politics' to deal with. Everyone is very friendly. - The company is always growing and new opportunities are always popping up.
