It is just another startup!

1. The office politics is nothing less than a serial. 2. The leads are so imbecile, that they think they are above everyone. 3. Favoritism at its best. 4. Appraisal? Forget about the parity for equal appraisal irrespective of the work done. 5. The so called "Management" is just ridiculous. 6. The pay is disgusting, you get no credits all your credits are taken by your leader irrespective if they work or not. 7. No flexibility. 8. No employee satisfaction. **KEEP THIS COMPANY AS LAST RESORT**
