Pros

Unless you want to grab people by their throat and take all the money out of their wallet...none. Car salesmen are less sleasy. Management will steal your sales AND screw you over for your shift to be top earners.

Cons

When being hired, the management will express that they "care" about their customers, they "love" their employees. However, they are a very cutthroat sales company. If you are considering working for them, consider 10-15 emails a day regarding sales NEEDS, pitting competition against other employees, a bonus schedule that only benefits top earners, and constant micromanaging. A constant lecture of what to look like, how to talk, how to walk. For example: No leaning on anything at anytime, expect to receive 3-4 phone calls at the beginning of each shift, by three different "managers", telling you smile, stand up straight, talk a certain way and exactly what you're doing wrong. They constantly watch AND listen to you while on shift, then call the kiosk as soon as you make a sale to ask...if you got a sale, for how much, and then tell you what to say next and how to sell more. I have never encountered a more greedy company. The only thing you can try to expect from them is your paycheck and schedule...which are never on time because they are so busy sending out emails about how to sell MORE and calling to micromanage you. Even if you can sell the product and make them money...they will sabotage it or it won't be enough.

Dishonest, cheap

Pros

Sadly, none come to mind.

Cons

Small company with very few opportunities for growth or professional development, unless you're in the IT department. Management lied about my responsibilities while I was interviewing so they could offer a lower salary range. This was visible on my first day at the company. I found their ability to lie to employees quite apparent throughout my time there. They expect the world out of employees, but are unwilling to give them the tools and resources for success. Employees aren't empowered. Management does not want to hear new suggestions and wants things done their way. During my time at daVinci, I heard the "We had to let (insert name here)" speech too many times. They hire and offer little training (i.e. Sales team members can go months there without having any training on the product itself) and are quick to point blame at employees for company failure and to let them go. Sick days are unpaid, however, Management will be the first to insist you go home if feeling slightly unwell so as to not get them sick.

Never take a job for the money.

Pros

The money is good, ok.

Cons

Small team. Very behind the times. Very delusional in terms of market place holdings. Senior team 'project manage' teasks, but are hand's off - not understanding only one person is on 'the team' doing the task, but has three managers. Non agile, reactive enviroment. Politics for such a small team, are insane. Ruled by fear. Was told after seeing a successful and tough project through 'you are pleased by you are not essential 2 the company'. Sweatshop atmosphere.
