Pros
The UK office is built of a fantastic team, with very strong leadership from the MD. Employees are empowered and trusted to complete their work without the fear of micromanagement. Strategies are clearly communicated from the top down and, most of the time, operations run like clockwork throughout the UK subsidiary. Benefits to employees include: WFH, trips to Fontanar HQ, plenty of events, strong HR and staff well-being practices.
