Cons
Everything else. Checks will bounce, not show up, or are inaccurate. The time clock will go down and you have to email in your hours or it won’t accurately clock your hours. Management is a joke. Everyone has their own way of doing things. There is an overall lack of consistency when it comes to treatment of employees and the job itself. The product consistency varies in a range that no real company would accept.. No real HR department. Management talks down to employees. No organization and a cesspool of toxicity. Favoritism to those who go to the club with HR in the weekends.
