all benefits including healthcare, gym, free bank account activity, subsidized loans, salary advance etc

new staff with lower grades have higher salaries than old staff with higher grades

It may be a good place to gain a few years' experience.

Cons

They don't value employees, especially tellers, little pay , no food, it's almost exploitation. It's impossible for a teller to get time to study and getting a different role is also difficult, I wouldn't advice anyone with aspirations to join Dfcu as a teller.
