When I left, the headquarters of the company was a complete mess. No one should work in this atmosphere where people are getting fired left and right, and they ask more and more work (and therefore unpaid overtime) from you for the most ridiculous salary. The management had issues, there was so many interpersonnal issues between people, inter departement issues for no reasons, etc. Basically, the company culture sucks.

Di wants to profile itself as a drugstore that is a level up than let's say a Kruidvat. People go to the Di for the service and makeupadvise. Yet Di management doesn't expect their employees to have any experience nor knowledge about beauty. Yet those same employees will work in that store and give advise to clients and make them spend money on products that may not even be the product they need or is right for them.. Even better, you even offer the following services done by none beauticians or mua's: day/evening makeup for the customers, manicure, epilation of the eyebrows.. Makeup range is sad.. did we forget the darker skin market? A lot of favouritism/nepotism
