Pros
Working team + (a lot of professionals); flexible hours +; company's gym, fresh fruits, salary always come in time. Company may pay for visiting professional conferences.
Cons
Remote work - bad practice (Remote work is not welcomed by the company). Sometimes I spend more than an hour to get to work and once more when I'm going home. But at the same time, all employees have work laptops. Employees need to pay half the cost of parking for now.
