      Worst working environment.... don't unbalance your personal and professional life

      1.No Professionalism 2.Genuinely no flexible working hours 3.Humiliating Employees gives them pleasure. 4.Never get salary and reimbursement on time. 5.Management don't have time for one on one session to discuss the issue. 6.No reply on email communication. 7.Very unhygienic washrooms. 8.Management don't know how to talk to employee.

As we follow a very friendly and open culture, one can reach the management team to discuss the problems he/she is facing. We would have really helped you if you could have raised your problem during your employment withus. Regarding salary issue: Yes it’s true that there was one incident in the past, but there was a specific reason behind it and if you would have tried to speak with the management, you would have understood the reason behind this situation. Management behavior: I would really appreciate, if you can email me on hr@digicloudsolns.com, a couple of incidents happened with you, which you felt inappropriate. Please mention your email id and the management person's name. I will discuss this with management and take the necessary action.

As we follow a very friendly and open culture, if you could have shared the problem or discussed your problem with your superior, we would have been able to solve that issue immediately. Since we have many senior employees associated with us for a long time, we never had this experience. Regarding salary issue: Yes it’s true that there was one incident in the past, but there was a specific reason behind it and if you would have tried to speak with the management, you would have understood the reason behind this situation. However, we are happy that you have raised this which helps us to also improve our communication with employees.
