Pros

Feel like you are a part of HBO's Silicon Valley. Get a somber laugh in everyday from something interesting.

Cons

SALES High Churn. Low sales growth. Poor metrics. New business model is RCM. Which is not focusing on EHR but having people in India do billing for doctors and getting a percentage cut of doctors money and patients payment. MARKETING Biggest achievement! Changed logo to black from green the mix of the happiness of yellow and the dignity of blue. It is generally known as a color that represents life. PRODUCT I can think of 15 fixes and ways to make the product actually user friendly, easy to use, and efficient for practices. Instead, useless features are added and useful features hidden or not built well. We need a medical team to help influence the product. Product is becoming very challenging and non intuitive to use. Being on the ipad and cloud is not enough in 2018 when everyone else (10s and 10s of competitors) ENGINEERING Most of the engineers are not on foreign work visas without Silicon Valley experience. 2-3x Understaffed. Most of the time they are fixing bugs or work to the whims of the sales team. SUPPORT Building out a team in Baltimore since India was not good and Doctors complained. Very high cost because there are a lot of small accounts with multiple team members that need help. Hard to scale and costly! ANALYTICS No team. ADMINISTRATIVE/MANAGEMENT High turnover. Slow process.

Pros

Open to ideas on product and internal workflow .

Cons

If a company says they want to change healthcare, they first need to change their corporate culture to care for employees 1. Not empowering patriarchalism 2. Not promoting a frat culture (corporate bro, guys talk about girl coworkers and managers clothes etc.) 3. Have a clear multiple work relationship and beyond code conduct. 4. open dialogue 5. far right

Pros

Most of the employees here are first job in Silicon Valley or Healthcare out of college or retail employees. As a result, they are very enthusiastic about the company and love to make friends. I keep in touch with them every month or so and always text them if I randomly run into something or hear something we talked about previously or something that aligns with our interests or just to check in.

Cons

However, because it is their first job a lot of these employees cannot think for themselves or creatively , understand how competitive the market and product challenges is. and have no benchmark for workplace culture to measure it to. Management kool aid is imbibed like milk. A lot of these reviews are written on the first week on the job from young employees.
