Pros

Don’t really have any comment for this.

Cons

I'm really puzzled by how the chairman the top boss owns a Rolls-Royce and several other luxury cars when he doesn't seem to do any actual work on a daily basis. This is the second boss I've seen who runs things more like a Fujian gang client than a professional company. Sometimes, you're expected to work beyond normal hours, doing personal tasks for upper management like walking their dog or buying them food. It's a China-based operation that clearly doesn't prioritize or value local employees. Be cautious before considering a job here

Pros

Great exposure on internal processes and flows before a product released publicly. Salary and perks above average, but you could need to have a strong mental to handle the work.

Cons

Lack of a structured onboarding process and standard operating procedures during initial integration especially for new joiners from different domain due to it's typical Chinese startup business nature. Navigating logics and business workflows through "organic growth" without clear mentoring or organized documentation created unnecessary friction. There are endless meetings where the agenda often has little to no relevance to your actual scope of work, leading to operational fatigue. If you are prioritizing salary above market benchmark you may join to train your working efficiency, mental and communication with people from different culture. Unfriendly Environment for Juniors/Executives: Overall, the fast-paced and unstructured ecosystem is highly unfriendly for executive or junior-level new joiners who require proper guidance.
