      Pros

      Work from home, benefits are okay for a smaller Company, some flexibility.

      Cons

      "Small team feel" which is nice at first glance, but rampant favoritism and general bad executive management. Very little support staff, poor efficiency.

      Pros

      Working for home A Plus. Great benefit package. Lots of hours. Opportunities to travel. Opportunities for advancement if you work hard enough to want to advance. Cross-training available. Technology and new equipment provided.

      Cons

      There are inside cliques to this company. Pay structure was recently changed hopefully will see that it will improve. Not a lot of communication between management and employees. Not all employees follow the same standard. Rules are not always explain properly. Training is subpar however there is no danger to you and you will figure the job out.
