This position offers only pays part-time hours (roughly 16 hours a week) but require you to study at home nearly double that amount. The medical director stated his expectation was 3-4 hours a day of studying at home. Who invests more time in a company than they are willing to invest in you? Weekly meetings at 6 AM that have nothing to do with the medical staff. Reading the same list of clerical errors from the previous meeting is monotonous and pointless. No wonder the practitioners do not stay in this position long. Then, they require a six-month notice to terminate. By far, the most ridiculous request I have ever heard; however, they will terminate your contract for minor incidents. They profit by marketing unnecessary vaccinations to travellers using fear tactics.

Two different locations they make you travel back and forth from. Owner/DR is unreal. Is very arrogant. Expects you to study stuff even on your days off.. like seriously? Doesn’t care about patients, just the money coming in.
