* Work culture. Its been over a year and I have always been considered a part of the extended eAge family * Work life balance. the company being an SME understands the importance of work life balance and hence you are expected to be productive rather than appear busy. *Driven by a decentralized work force. The company does not follow a hierarchical approach to reporting. Rather the main focal point is to make reporting easier and more effective.
