      1) Daily 3 Review Meeting on call (while you are WFH) 2) Saturday is working if you are not complete your weekly tasks in SEO 3) You need to cover things which your preceding Team Lead messed up with Organization, Clients, and Work 4) Team Member are not at helpful 5) CEO is in favor to BDE & HR always 6) They can deduct salary as they want despite a mutual agreement and all

      Shameless company & Shameless management, They fire the employee without any reason also they newer inform or conduct any meeting before the fire, they only send an email to his/her personal account . Such a very poor management. Such a bad working experience, sometime I thought why I joined this company shameless company. I will not give any start if it is not compulsory for review.

      Pros

      This is good company ever I have work, your senior will be always helpful and you will learn lot from there. Salary will on time and also for fresher it is best place to grow up to their career. you will get chance to take call with client.

      Cons

      there have one issue that is company owner. he will never going to praise you if you are doing excellent work no praise but a single small mistake you will get call from owner and he will make you disappointed whole day.
