Pros

Please pass, overall rating: 0

Cons

Worst management, there is only 1 boss in the company. The boss shows clear disrespect towards employees. She don’t value or appreciate the hard work we put in. This makes the workplace uncomfortable and demotivating. Salary underpaid. 3 years salary increased in total $100. 3 years no bonus, no 13 months, only few hundreds for red packet. 3 years only received total of $500 red packet in CNY. Benefits = 0, as mentioned abv. AL 7 days.

Cons

1. The lady boss controls everything — if you have any ideas, she’ll try to train you like an obedient little dog. You're not allowed to think for yourself or express opinions. If you do, be prepared to get scolded harshly. 2. This is a very small company. If you’re hoping to showcase your capabilities, you’ll end up regretting it. She’ll dump all the work on you, including tasks from other departments, and justify it by saying “those who are capable should do more.” But the salary remains low no matter what. 3. The work culture here depends entirely on the boss's mood. If she’s in a good mood, your day might be bearable. If she’s in a bad mood, your day will feel like hell. 4. Everything has to go through her approval. She treats you like her hands and feet, while she considers herself the mastermind. Even replying to a simple message requires her permission — if you act on your own, you'll be blamed and punished. 5. She’ll belittle you in front of customers and deliberately embarrass you. When she’s in a bad mood, she’ll make things difficult for you in every way, mentally wearing you down until you're afraid to come to work. 6. There’s absolutely no room for independence or growth. Every role feels like being a personal assistant. When she’s in the office, you’re expected to sit next to her in a small space and work by her side until she leaves. 7. There’s no fixed lunch break. If she wants you to work with her, she won’t let you go eat. Over time, this can lead to health issues like stomach problems. Many employees have gone the whole day without eating, and she pretends not to notice. 8. The pay is very low and the salary system is completely unfair. It depends entirely on her mood. Skilled employees often get paid less, while she favors those who talk well but don’t contribute much. 9. Coworkers don’t help each other. They pretend not to know what’s going on so that the boss ends up dumping their work on you. Workload distribution is a big issue, and she constantly pressures you to meet unrealistic timelines that she sets herself. 10. There’s no fixed job scope. Your responsibilities change based on her mood each day. You won’t be able to learn or gain any new skills here. 11. There’s no overtime pay. During events, she’ll intentionally keep you working until 9 or 10 PM, then pretend nothing’s wrong. You have to handle setup and customers by yourself, and if anything goes wrong, she blames you. 12. You’re expected to work under constant pressure, with no appreciation or proper support. It’s a toxic environment where growth, respect, and fair treatment simply don’t exist.
