Pros

I tried thinking of something to put here, but honestly, all I could remember was how miserable I was.

Cons

Leadership is too controlling. It was impossible to get anything done on time because their constant meddling and monitoring did nothing to help and only served to get in the way. What's even more frustrating is the fact that whenever their micromanaging causes problems, they end up blaming employees instead of reflecting on their actions. I couldn't stand working in such an exhausting work environment, especially when the people running it lack accountability, so I decided to leave.

Pros

A handful of good people trying to survive the chaos.

Cons

Joining this company was one of the biggest mistakes of my career. The CEO, Gil, runs the business with fear and deceit, constantly shifting terms and manipulating pay. Promises of fair commission and steady work quickly turned into lies and excuses, my salary was cut in half, commission vanished, and payments were delayed without shame. People are fired suddenly, even those performing well, and no one is safe from his unreliable leadership. There are no benefits, no respect, and absolutely no ethics behind the polished facade.

Pros

A paycheck, exposure to dysfunction, coworkers who deserve better.

Cons

This company is a horrible mess from the top down, and anyone thinking of joining should know it will be nothing but disappointment. The executives will LIE to clients, to staff, and even to each other, with zero accountability for the chaos they create. Instead of a real strategy, they obsess over petty details, suffocating everyone under pointless control while letting major issues go unchecked. When projects fail, they simply shift the blame onto a few employees rather than fixing the broken system. The workload is crushing, deadlines are made up on the spot, and the entire environment is exhausting to survive in. There's no real team, no leadership maturity, and no path forward - it's all smoke, mirrors, and denial.
