      Strong image but fake

      Pros

      Coworker and colleague is nice and supporting everyone work as a family

      Cons

      In every townhall always speak about impact and great achievement. Even management declare we have great increment salary that according to market research but I myself only get 6% (my score performance is high) and all of my coworker get no more than 7%. All fake, first founder promise we do not go with riba but we give loan with interest. The management promise increment after 3 months program but after 4 months they said no Such a bad management

      Pros

      The benefits were great. I love working with bright talents there, especially those who have been stayed there for more than 4 years.

      Cons

      - The structure was scattered, this includes: management structure, salary structure (there was no proper salary brackets during my time working there. But I heard that they fixed the salary sturcture already making it fairer for the employees) - The first point led to inequality of career development

      Company stability and prospect were good, but the marketing team was awful

      They have a very long runway, and the company is already profit

      Cons

      The marketing team was very very awful, they didn't know what they are going to do, they don't have clear objections. From the VP to the head, surprisingly they didn't know what to do. It's very unfortunate because the sales was good, but the marketing was very very bad
