Ability to potentially grow in a small company.
Cons
Difficult communications with home office in Denmark. Lofty visions of growth with little understanding of how US markets work to make them happen. Need to be able to work alone in an office of only 2-3 people. Benefits are that of a very small company. Expect to need to have to cover more yourself than if you worked for a larger company.
