      Pros

      Several great people, intelligent, dedicated, hardworking staff for the most part. Solid benefits when vacation was upgraded.

      Cons

      Overly conservative for the industry. Try to act more like a bank than a tech company. Senior Management is all lip service. No real career path, especially for employees outside of Ohio. Poor raises. Salary not competitive. Not a performance culture. not about what you accomplish when it comes to comp. Some of management is fairly ageist.

      Pros

      Great people, relaxed atmosphere, good location overlooking wetlands preserve. Good hardware and software. Good vacation and almost reasonable high-deductible health, vision, dental benefits. There are opportunities for advancement and cross-training.

      Cons

      Salary has been consistently below average.

      Pros

      Benefits: Strong benefits package. Organization talent: Those that work hard, really work hard and can be great mentors. Challenging industry: Great resume builder for tackling extremely complex problems and understanding dense processes.

      Cons

      Seniority over talent: Entrenched culture in doing things the old way. Top performers in no position to get company moving forward. Too conservative: Overthinks everything to point there is no brand identity, true understanding of target market. Lots of guess work applied.
