Cool posters to look at and end of year bonuses, though the boss does not offset the bonus taxes.
Cons
Nepotism, ignoring covid restrictions, paying men a higher start rate than women, some verbal abuse, lack of management in spite of everyone thinking they're a manager, 'rules for thee not for me', constant negative feedback, no upward trajectory, no insurance or benefits. A few favored people are held in high regard, and everyone else is just a cog in an unlubricated machine.
