Pros

• Colleagues are usually more than willing to collaborate and answer questions

Cons

• Constant partnership/channel conflict that leads to disrupted workdays and inability to effectively increase revenue • Little diversity - continue to focus on hiring males into leadership positions while pushing out long-term female counterparts • Poor cross-functional alignment and sales leadership • No definitive path-to-promotion • Varying standards across departments as to flexibility with work schedule/ability to work remotely • Sales leadership manages out of convenience/when performance is questioned, rather that creating a solid strategy for success

Toxic company

Pros

There is a decent demand for their product. But poor communication, greedy leadership, and dysfunctional partnerships result in overly complicated sales cycles, lost business, or money left on the table.

Cons

The most toxic environment I have ever worked in; there is constant drama. People are always gossiping and back-biting. Rampant favoritism, chauvinism, and double-standards. Lack of diversity in every sense of the word. Entire Exec Leadership team is white and male. No respect for work/ life balance and very little flexibility. Poor cross-departmental working relationships. Terrible communication throughout the entire organization. Leadership often contradicts one another. Overall lack of direction and strategy. People are focused on tactical tasks and damage control. Sales practices are at times unethical and when senior leadership meddles in deals, negotiations are often ego-driven and unprofessional. Frequent attrition. Leadership isn't oblivious to these problems-- they just don't care.
