      It’s a job. Quick process from interview to onboarding.

      Cons

      No workplace flexibility. Disorganized. Scatterbrained. Management informs you of policies but does not show you official policy documentation. One person doing HR, payroll, employee relations, etc. Messy. Extremely high turnover
