Pros
I cannot think of any pros based on my experience working for this organization.
Cons
This organization was unprofessional in their communication, did not provide any curriculum and expected too much uncompensated work from tutors in terms of planning classes, assigning homework and grading, especially given the low rate of pay. I gave more than 10 classes for this organization and was never paid. They sent out a screen shot of a transfer for direct deposit that never came.
