The owner is an HR nightmare. He is inappropriate, rude and never on time - even to meetings with clients and potential clients.
You will NOT get your bonuses and you will get zero days off unless you're dying, but not without guilt from the owner.
Horrible place to work. The owner talks about employees behind there back and good luck getting your checks ontime. The place is a revolving door no one stays long
Small team, downtown location at the time, there was a gym in the building. Good starter job for young post-college folks looking to get their feet wet with some digital marketing skills.

CEO was often absent. Employees were left to deal with unhappy clients. No leadership was present. No upward mobility. HR nightmare-level practices.
