Accelerated career progression, good working environment (location, open office) and supportive culture. Regional opportunities. Interesting business ideas.

Cons

High performance expectations, high need for flexibility e.g. need to be on standby even over weekends & PH due to small team (lower work life balance). Still evolving work system so need to adapt to frequent changes.

Try to avoid eatigo as they don't value their employees.

Cons

Unorganised, unstructured, no planning before execution. Leadership is moody. No job security. Hiring process is really bad. Firing people at their own will. Salary is below average. Incentive plans are useless. Country lead is the worst manager to work for. He plays with career of employees and uses really foul language to talk to his subordinates.
