Pros

Only got a nice pantry

Cons

The “rebranding” from g&m to eazy is basically just a name change. Same problems, same management, just a different logo. If you check reviews going back to 2018, you’ll see nothing has really changed. Some of the positive reviews feel a bit hard to believe, especially when negative reviews have more likes compared to the positive ones. Management is the main issue here. Decisions often feel inconsistent, and there’s a constant cycle of hiring and people leaving. Turnover is extremely high, which should already tell you a lot. Also, you will be working for two companies in the same office, often with lower pay. On top of that, the CEO often talks about AI replacing employees and keeps sharing layoff news in group chats, which just creates unnecessary stress and a negative atmosphere across teams. Join at your own risk.

Employees under probation will find it hard to survive if he or she cannot perform the job within 3 days into the job. You can be prepared to be terminated by the company.
