eduMe’s a place where you’re trusted to get on with the job, but there’s always support when you need it. The culture is low-ego, collaborative, and people genuinely care about doing good work, and about each other. I’ve grown a lot here, both in role and confidence, and that’s largely down to the people and the way we work. No fluff, just a good team, meaningful problems to solve, and space to develop. Would recommend it to anyone who values autonomy, smart colleagues, and a healthy work-life balance.

There are plenty of opportunities to get inebriated and socialize with coworkers outside of work. One person in senior a marketing positions may gas light you if you have reservations about drinking, regardless of your reasoning.
