eduMe’s a place where you’re trusted to get on with the job, but there’s always support when you need it. The culture is low-ego, collaborative, and people genuinely care about doing good work, and about each other. I’ve grown a lot here, both in role and confidence, and that’s largely down to the people and the way we work. No fluff, just a good team, meaningful problems to solve, and space to develop.
