Working in a high-pressure and stressful environment will cultivate your ability to perform under challenging conditions. Good for those who want to earn years of experience and I was grateful because it gave me 10x better opportunity after I left this company. The only time the management became considerate and cared for our well-being is when they decided to move our shift from night to mid-shift. Team Huddle every month with free $5 meal. Yeahey.
Cons
They use time-tracker so you do not have privacy while doing your work. Better to have separate work laptop. When I left, the salary increase is only 2% quarterly. lols. I felt like this company has shortage of budget since they do not hire a lot of employees even though we are handling several applications. No bonuses, no 13th month pay, no benefits, no work no pay. sad
