Pros
The boss is generous when he is in a good mood. Lots of claimable food allowance, foods on the table. ONLY when things are in well condition.
Cons
It's hard to please the boss who always use cursing word and destructive comments even to the very new interns on their first day onboard. The company has no actual products/service on hand despite of years of establishment. Please be aware that all CCTVs are functions and the boss is watching your every steps. This is not micro-manage but a nano-managing skill. For the past 7 years of working at different companies, this company by far was the worst mistake to apply and accept their offer.
