Pros
Great at inclusive, providing training and allowing engineers to work on a diverse range of projects. Social activities are important to the company and culture plays a vital role. Despite being a medium sized firm, it still feels like a "family" type work environment.
Cons
Management needs to communicate more often with staff rather than relying on managers to always convey messages.
